Me and Shane went clubbin’ on S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y night, heard Alex Smoke and Önur Özer DJ at Indigo Club (or is it Club Indigo) in the Beyoglu district of Istanbul, a few blocks away from our cheap hotel off Istiklal. The party was bangin’ although highly corporate — Levi’s name everywhere and the only beer served was Carlsberg. 

The next day, Sunday, Shane was flying west to London and New York, and I was taking a 30 minute ferry ride east across the Bosphorus to my new spot (couch) which was located in the Kadiköy district of the city.
