I enjoyed my second stuffed eggplant in less than a week, this time in Sarajevo at cute little restaurant in the center of town, Dveri. The presentation of this one was much better than my Albanian stuffed eggplant, the ingredients a little different though. Quite tasty! Had it with some more tomato soup and cornbread as well.
